In celebration of the opening of the exhibition Playing with Fire:Edmund de Waal and Axel Salto, we invite you to an artist talk with participating artist and curator Edmund de Waal.
De Waal will speak of the dialogue he entered into with Salto whilst curating this critically acclaimed exhibition, of taking a walk with the stoneware master by his side. He will speak of his own creative practice and the joys and perils of porcelain. Expect myths and metamorphosis, poetry and playfulness, fire and transformation.
The talk will be in English.
